Forgot your username or password? You may ask the system to send to you your username with a new password as follows:

  • Click the button labeled "Client Login"
  • Instead of entering your username and password, enter your email at the bottom of the pop up screen and click "Reset Password." The system will send you a message with your username and a new password.
  • You may now enter your username and new password to log in. You may also change your password by clicking on the button that says "Edit Your Profile"

Bad username/password: If you think you know your username and password but you are getting an error message indicating your username or password are incorrect, first be sure you are entering them with the correct upper and lower case. Usernames and passwords on our site are case-sensitive.

If you have tried to reset your password and are now unable to login, the problem may be an old cookie remaining in your browser, or that our website has been inadvertently blocked in your browser. Follow these instructions for deleting cookies from Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers.  

Problems accessing Adobe PDF documents: To download the latest version of Acrobat, please visit the Adobe website to download the latest version. If you're having a problem with PDF pages not displaying or coming up blank in your Internet Explorer browser window, visit the Adobe website for help.

ODBC error upon login or when accessing articles: If you get an ODBC error, you may have an old cookie from our site still on your system. Deleting any cookies for Computer Economics and refreshing your browser window should resolve the problem. Follow these instructions for deleting cookies from Internet Explorer and Firefox browsers.
